The agency creates communications and marketing solutions for a variety of clients across several categories, fueled with innovative, ownable brand ideas that are expressed via relevant media.


Colangelo is looking for talented Art Directors who can meet and exceed client expectations, think outside of the box, and bring fresh ideas to all projects. This candidate must demonstrate a wealth of technical expertise and creative genius with regard to the following:

Requirements:
• Adhere to Agency Creative Process, participate with the ACD in a strategically grounded promotional concept process; assist in managing the day to day quality of the team’s work
• Ability to manage and contribute to the creative process from conception through mechanical production with attention to details, financial parameters and deadlines
• Develop a thorough understanding of the clients creative objectives as well as their overall business objectives; assess creative briefs to ensure all pertinent information
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop outstanding creative communications
• Cultivate relationships with clients at all levels
• Posses competent presentation skills, plus the ability to sell creative concepts both internally and externally to clients
