Colangelo is looking for talented Art Directors who can meet and exceed client expectations, think outside of the box, and bring fresh ideas to all projects. This candidate must demonstrate a wealth of technical expertise and creative genius with regard to the following:

Requirements:
? Adhere to Agency Creative Process, participate with the ACD in a strategically grounded promotional concept process; assist in managing the day to day quality of the team?s work
? Ability to manage and contribute to the creative process from conception through mechanical production with attention to details, financial parameters and deadlines
? Develop a thorough understanding of the clients creative objectives as well as their overall business objectives; assess creative briefs to ensure all pertinent information
? Collaborate with copywriters to develop outstanding creative communications
? Cultivate relationships with clients at all levels
? Posses competent presentation skills, plus the ability to sell creative concepts both internally and externally to clients
