We have a current opening for an Art Director on our Baltimore team. This is a faced paced, creative environment. If you like daily challenges and enjoy working with a dynamic team this position could be for you.

Candidate must be highly collaborative, capable of mentoring junior staff and experienced in guiding directors, photographers and printers.

Skills include:

- Strong presenter who understands the importance of building relationships inside and outside of the agency.
- Technical savvy with an intimate familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (and possibly some crossover experience in HTML, Flash or broadcast editing) to the table.
